Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the SmartLINK Console mobile application (the "Service") operated by alkashier ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. The Service is intended exclusively for professional mobile app developers and growth teams who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).

1. User Accounts and Authentication

SmartLINK Console does not require traditional user registration involving personal email addresses or contact details. Authentication to the Service is granted strictly via scoped API keys provided by or generated for your organization.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your scoped API keys.
  • You accept full responsibility for all activities, requests, and transactions performed using your API keys within the Service.
  • We reserve the right to revoke or invalidate any API key immediately if unauthorized usage, security breaches, or violations of these Terms are detected.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by third-party advertising. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Advertisements served within the Service (including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads) are provided by Google AdMob and its advertising partners.
  • We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or opinions expressed in any third-party advertisements.
  • We are not liable or responsible for any products, services, websites, or actions obtained through or resulting from interactions with third-party advertisements or advertisers. Any interactions with third-party ads are solely between you and the third party.
  • Additional integrated services include Firebase Crashlytics (for crash diagnostics) and the SmartLinks SDK (for deep-link attribution and product analytics). The Service collects product interaction events, crash diagnostics, and a per-install device identifier. This data is not linked to user identity and is not used to track users across apps or websites.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, software architecture, UI/UX designs, trademarks, and logos are and will remain the exclusive property of alkashier and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both local and international jurisdictions. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of alkashier.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Service if you are under 18 years of age.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the SmartLINK Console or underlying SDKs.
  • Interfering with, compromising, or disrupting the integrity, performance, or security of the Service or API endpoints.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized API wrappers to abuse or overload the Service infrastructure.
  • Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features or ad-serving mechanics of the application.
  • Utilizing the Service for any unlawful, fraud-related, or unauthorized activity.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

alkashier, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT A) THE SERVICE WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURELY, OR BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; B) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; C) THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR D) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALKASHIER, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ADVERTISEMENTS; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alkashier operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall first be submitted to informal negotiation between you and alkashier by contacting us at our support page (https://smartlinks.live/app/smartlink-console/support). If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be finally settled by binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the legal operating entity's primary seat of business.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revisions at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
