Welcome to ShiftPilot. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the ShiftPilot mobile application (the "Service") operated by alkashier ("us", "we", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Overview and Data Storage

ShiftPilot is designed to assist users with schedule tracking and shift estimations. ShiftPilot stores your schedules, settings, and estimated data locally on your device. The Service does not maintain public user profiles or support user-generated content sharing. You may clear your locally stored data at any time through the application's Settings menu.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You do not need to create a centralized account to use the basic features of ShiftPilot. You are solely responsible for managing your device, maintaining the security of your device, and safeguarding any data stored locally within the application.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, layout, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of alkashier and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of alkashier.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, or local law or regulation.
• To reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
• To modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Service.
• To disable, tamper with, or circumvent any security, feature, or limitation of the application, including in-app purchases or advertising displays.

5. Third-Party Advertising and In-App Purchases

The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by third-party advertising served by Google AdMob and its advertising partners. Advertisements may be served based on your platform consent and disclosure settings.

alkashier is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party advertisers or for any products or services obtained, purchased, or accessed through third-party advertisements displayed within the Service. Optional in-app purchases may be offered within ShiftPilot and are processed according to the applicable app store platform terms and guidelines.

6. General Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

ShiftPilot is a personal tracking and estimation tool. The Service DOES NOT provide payroll processing, formal legal or employment advice, tax advice, or guarantees of labor-law compliance. Calculations and estimations produced by the app are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for official earnings or regulatory reporting.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALKASHIER, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY DATA LOSS OR LOCAL STORAGE CORRUPTION; OR (III) THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR ADVERTISEMENTS ENCOUNTERED ON THE SERVICE.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alkashier is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall first be submitted to good-faith informal negotiations between you and alkashier. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration or local courts of competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be made available through the application. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
