Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the TurnReady mobile application (the "Service" or "App") operated by alkashier ("us", "we", "our", or "Company").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Independent Status & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

TurnReady is an independent turnover checklist and inspection organizer application developed and owned by alkashier. TurnReady is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Airbnb, Inc., Vrbo (Expedia Group), Booking.com, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All product and company names, logos, and brands referenced or mentioned within the Service are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

2. User Accounts & Data Storage

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account or maintain local application data on your device. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

Local Data Management

The Service stores checklists, inspection records, and related operational data locally on your device. Users may clear or reset their locally stored application data at any time via the internal Settings menu within the App. Please note that clearing local data is permanent and cannot be undone by alkashier.

User-Generated Content

TurnReady does not feature public user-generated content feeds or public sharing features. Checklists, notes, and photos added within the App remain private to your local instance or designated account usage.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, layout, graphics, design, logos, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of alkashier and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both domestic and foreign jurisdictions. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of alkashier.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities in connection with your access to or use of the Service:

• Copying, distributing, modifying, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of the App.
• Using the Service for any unlawful, fraud-related, or unauthorized purpose.
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass any security measures, platform access controls, or licensing checks implemented within the App.

5. Advertising, Analytics, and In-App Purchases

Ad-Supported Model & Third-Party Advertisements

The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by third-party advertising, primarily served via Google AdMob and its advertising partners. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements may be displayed within the application interface.
• Advertisements are served dynamically by third-party networks (including Google and its partners) subject to platform consent and disclosure requirements.
• alkashier is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or security of any third-party advertisements.
• alkashier does not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for any products, services, or websites offered or accessed through third-party advertisements or sponsor links.

Analytics & Platform Consent

We may utilize optional analytics tools to monitor App performance and improve user experience. Collection and processing of device identifiers or usage metrics strictly follow platform-level consent prompts (e.g., iOS App Tracking Transparency) and applicable privacy laws.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

If applicable, optional digital products, feature unlocks, or premium subscriptions purchased within TurnReady are processed via the official platform storefronts (Google Play Store, Apple App Store). All purchases are governed by the respective store's terms, payment rules, and refund policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

alkashier, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT: A) THE SERVICE WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; B) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; C) THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR D) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR OPERATIONAL, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, OR CLEANING REQUIREMENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL alkashier, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, PROPERTY DAMAGE, TENANT OR GUEST CLAIMS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ADVERTISEMENTS;
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE UPON CHECKLISTS GENERATED THEREIN; AND
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alkashier is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting alkashier. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be settled by binding individual arbitration or within a court of competent jurisdiction located in alkashier's primary operating region.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect by updating the date at the top of this document or notifying users within the App. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
